A process in which a group of people come together more or less regularly to help eachother to learn from their experience.

APPLE

Accreditation of Practice Placement Educators - the APPLE scheme is a national voluntary accreditation scheme for Practice Placement Educators that gives them professional recognition of their role. Courses that have been accredited by the College of Occupational Therapists through the APPLE scheme have demonstrated that they meet the learning outcomes of the scheme. Appraisal

A process where an employee’s performance is evaluated, usually by their line Manager, against criteria or standards.
